The farm consists of 8 farm units: 7 farmhouses and a farm, located in Asciano and Montalcino districts (7.208 mq).

Both the agricultural annexes and the residential buildings are very old but they show all features of prestige in terms of structure, location and access and they’re unique items in the landscape.

Almost 250 hectares of the whole arable land are of excellent quality with yields ranging between 30 and 40 ql. per hectare and they’re entirely managed by contractors. There are 130 hectares of wood and about 30 hectares of olive tree grove where you can find thousands of olive trees.

There are several sources of water including 3 creeks, resoviors, and private aqueducts.

Currently the farm controls about 6 hectares of “truffle land” with regular concession in reserve.

The farm is close to the main road and different areas of the property can be reached by farm roads. The roads are cut and require maintenance, but they are accessible.

The buildings and the land are free of mortgages and the company has no financial exposures.

WAY TO TRANSFER

The current five members property is willing to cede S.R.L shares. This involves not only the exclusion of any right of pre-emption by the neighbors, but also exemption from any registration tax irrespective of the nature and legal status of the buyer.
